Gathered around open fire and shared table, you will discover Argentine traditions, curious stories and little-known inventions. Guided by our hosts, you’ll experience every step of the asado: from lighting the fire to preparing empanadas, traditional appetizers and drinks, creating your own chimichurri, and mastering the essential techniques of Argentine grilling.
The evening unfolds as a seven-course tasting menu, paired with Argentina’s signature grapes — Malbec and Torrontés — leading you through a progression of flavors that reflect the country’s culinary identity.
